The Original Jacki® includes 2 (two) Mastectomy Breast Forms:

 

100% cotton form, polyester fill.

Fill can be removed to adjust for breast symmetry.

 

Washing instructions: Remove poly-fill from breast form before laundering breast forms. Gentle wash breast forms and line dry.
